Oreo Truffles

Yields:42 Servings

Ingredients:

·  1 (16 ounce) package Oreo Cookies

·  1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

·  2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Directions:

·  Crush 9 cookies in to fine crumbs, set aside.  Crush remaining cookies and place in a medium bowl.  Add cream cheese; mix until well blended.  Roll cookie mixture in to 1 inch balls.

·  Dip balls in chocolate; place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. 

·  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.  Store leftover truffles in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
